But to make any placement a success, we also need to provide a high quality support package to both the professional, and their new employer. That’s why we’ve teamed up with a candidate onboarding coach, who guides both clients through their first 90 days together, establishing good communication and creating the foundations for trust to develop over time. This starts before their new role begins to help ensure a smooth transition.
